Johan has taught strategy and leadership at business schools across Europe and the United States, and helped lead four of them. He is Professor and Senior Strategic Advisor at Luxembourg School of Business, and Associate Faculty at Hult Ashridge. His work lives where rigorous research meets the realities of running an institution.

From strategic alliances and knowledge management to Human Magic, Johan has written more than a dozen books across three decades on how organizations think, decide, and renew themselves.

Johan keynotes for boards, global conferences, and executive programs on AI and leadership, the future of management, and the human capabilities that machines cannot replace.
